Encryption at rest & in transit
All data is encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. Documents live in a private object store.
Role-based access control
Users are granted access via explicit roles. Owners, admins, staff and borrowers each see only what they need.
Row-level security
Every database query is enforced at the row level. A user cannot read or write another tenant's data — period.
Complete audit trail
Every loan action, document upload, permission change and export is written to an immutable audit log.
Document integrity
Versioned uploads, checksum verification and tamper-evident audit events keep your file notes court-ready.
Secure borrower portal
Borrowers upload via signed, expiring magic links. No shared passwords, no email attachments.
